Direction:

Danshui station 淡水站 (Red line). Take Keelung bus to go Jinshan. Bus fare NT99, pay cash. Journey 1 hr. Tell the bus driver that you want to alight at Jinshan Township Hall.

Jinshan Township Hall. Once you alight, cross the road and ask for direction to old street. On your way back to Danshui station, take the opposite direction of the bus route.

There are bus stops and cafes along the highway and you alight for a stroll.

Keelung 基隆

Direction:-
Take TRA train to Keelung station. Go to Taipei Main Station, ticket counter is on the ground floor. Boarding gate is at basement 1. NT43 per person. Journey about 1 hr.

One side is restaurants and the other side is seafood market. You can buy seafood and bring over to any restaurants for them to cook for you or just order from the restaurants.
