Direction:

Danshui station 淡水站  (Red line).  Take Keelung bus to go Jinshan.  Bus fare NT99, pay cash.  Journey 1 hr.  Tell the bus driver that you want to alight at Jinshan Township Hall.

Jinshan Township Hall.  Once you alight, cross the road and ask for direction to old street. On your way back to Danshui station, take the opposite direction of the bus route.

The bus route will pass by the seaside. 

There are bus stops and cafes along the highway and you alight for a stroll.

Wulai 烏來

Wulai 烏來, Taipei

1) Xindian station 新店站 (green line).

2) At the station entrance, you see the Visitor Information Center.

3) Behind the Visitor Info Center is the bus-stop, look for the bus-stop sign that says 'Wulai Xindian".

4) The trip cost NT$40 per person and travel all the way to Wulai bus terminal.

5) Once you alight, just follow the crowd and you will reach main entrance to Wulai old street.


Tips: Try to sit on the opposite side of the bus driver on the way to Wulai so that you can view the beautiful mountain scenery. Journey takes about an hour.
